TD SYNNEX, a leading global distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem, secured a 52,000-square-foot lease in Rivulon, Nationwide Realty’s $1 billion development in Gilbert, Arizona. Based in Fremont, CA and Clearwater, FL, TD SYNNEX employs 23,500 people worldwide and has been named one of Fortune’s World’s Most Admired Companies for the past two consecutive years. TD SYNNEX will celebrate their grand opening on April 13, 2023.

TD SYNNEX will occupy the second floor of The Commons, one of the four buildings at Rivulon, a 300-acre development along the Santan Loop 202 Freeway, bounded by Gilbert, Lindsay and Pecos Roads. Rivulon’s other tenants include some of the region’s most successful companies including Deloitte, Isagenix International’s world headquarters, Morgan Stanley, Amerifirst Financial, and Merrill Lynch.

The inaugural TD SYNNEX Share the Magic Speakeasy Soiree will be held on Thursday, April 13 at The White Rabbit Bar in Gilbert’s Downtown Heritage District. TD SYNNEX will bring vendors, customers, local Arizona businesses and the community together to raise funds for the Arizona chapter beneficiaries, House of Refuge and Special Olympics of Arizona. The public event will feature a 50/50 raffle, cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and Roaring 20’s style entertainment. Founded in 2011, TD SYNNEX Share the Magic was established to fund programs that transform lives of families across North America. Since its inception, TD SYNNEX Share the Magic has raised more than $19 million for children and families in need.
